FAQs

When should I arrive for my appointment?

If this is your first appointment, please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to starting your session. This gives us time to get settled, to answer your questions and fill out any necessary forms once you arrive.

What should I wear for my appointment?

Reiki sessions are conducted with clothes on so please dress comfortably. Shoes are removed when you enter the center, so please wear socks or bring slippers to keep your feet warm. You will be lying face up on a massage table which can be heated, should you request it. A light sheet or blanket or a rolled towel for your neck and shoulders are available if needed.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

Your scheduled session is reserved especially for you. We ask that you please make your cancellations 48 hours prior to your appointment to avoid being charged in full. As a small business, last minute cancellations prevent me from booking another appointment. Thank you for understanding. Please review our cancellation policy.

What are your age guidelines for reiki appointments?

Clients under the age of 17 must have a parent or guardian sign the consent form for any Reiki session. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or a guardian during the session.

What happens if I'm running late or get lost?

Should you be running late or find yourself lost, please contact us by phone. If you arrive late your session may need to be shortened, in consideration for those appointments that follow yours. Should you run late, you will still be responsible for full payment of your booked session. We do our best to accommodate all our clients.
