I’m Ann Haaland, a certified Third Degree Usui Reiki Ryoho “Shihan” practitioner devoted to creating safe, sacred spaces for healing and renewal. My training has also includes Shamanic Reiki, Sound Therapy, Spiritual Counseling and Guided Meditations.

My journey with Reiki began as a personal path of self-healing. Over time, it has blossomed into a calling—to help others reconnect with their innate wisdom, vitality, and inner peace. Each session I offer is guided by compassion, clear intention, and the belief that true healing begins within.

I’m honored to share Reiki at Anam Cara in Burlington, MA—a beautiful, peaceful community space where I can extend my practice, offer additional energetic modalities, and support others on their unique healing journey.
